How to locate your serial numbers/product keys in Subscription Center:

It is sometimes tricky going back and finding small, but incredibly important information such as your serial number or product key. It is very easy to get to, but if you can’t remember exactly where it is, you will feel like you are in a real-life Where’s Waldo book. So, as your friends, we will point him out.

1. Once you have logged on to the Autodesk Subscription Center, click the “Get Your Upgrade” button located in the middle of the page (and in a bright yellow box).

2. On the Software Downloads page, click the version of the product you are trying to install.

3. Click the Serial Numbers tab and your serial number and product key will appear in the first two columns.

If you are a Software Coordinator or Contract Manager, you can also find Serial Numbers and Product Keys for all products on your Subscription contract by running your Coverage Report. In order to do so, after you have logged into Subscription Center, click Contract Administration from the main menu on the left side. 

Then Click “Coverage Report.“

Click on the appropriate contract number.

The serial number and product keys will appear in the first two columns for each product you have licensed on your Subscription Contract.
